Should you decide to adopt a dog after an introductory conversation with one of our intermediaries, a volunteer from our society will visit you at home to learn more about you and your environment, so we can see where the dog will live in its future life. If the dog you have chosen fits to you and your environment, the adoption will take place as soon as possible. After a period of time when the dog has settled down into your family, we will visit you again to ensure everything is still fine.

All of our dogs are vaccinated, de-wormed, castrated (except the puppies), have a microchip and a basic test for leishmaniasis, heartworms, ehrlichiosis and borreliosis. The dogs are regularly treated against parasites. The charge to cover these for our dogs is 280 Euros.

Instead of a basic test, a further blood test can be done in a laboratory. Unfortunately, this procedure is much more expensive, so there is an additional charge. Please contact us for further details.
